By downloading or using Prove, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard "EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two differ, Apple's EULA governs the licensing of the app itself.

The app

Prove is a workout-alarm app. You're responsible for using it safely — don't exercise in a way that risks your health, and consult a professional before starting any new fitness routine. Prove is not a medical or fitness-advice service.

Subscriptions

• Prove Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
• The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
• Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully.

No warranty

Prove is provided "as is." We work to keep alarms reliable, but we can't guarantee the app is error-free or that an alarm will always fire — device settings, permissions, and iOS can affect it. Don't rely on Prove as your only alarm for safety-critical wake-ups.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
